Aqueduct is operated by Iliad. These terms are an agreement between you and Iliad and apply when you use Aqueduct.
Using Aqueduct
You must be at least 13 to use Aqueduct. If you are not old enough to enter a contract where you live, your parent or legal guardian must agree to these terms for you. If you use Aqueduct for an organization, you confirm that you can bind that organization to these terms.
Keep your account, tokens, connected applications, and signed export links secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
Your work belongs to you
You retain ownership of your graphs, custom nodes, shaders, uploads, snapshots, and other content. You also own the renders and exports Aqueduct produces from your work.
You give Iliad permission to host, transmit, compile, render, and otherwise process your private content only as needed to operate, secure, and support Aqueduct and comply with law.
Publishing
A graph snapshot is private unless you make it publicly accessible. While it is public, anyone can view it, users with Aqueduct access can duplicate it into a new project, and Iliad may display it through Aqueduct or feature it in marketing for Aqueduct. Making a graph snapshot public does not transfer ownership or put your work in the public domain.
If you make a graph snapshot private again, Iliad will stop displaying it publicly and will not use it in new marketing. Copies already duplicated, downloaded, cached, shared, or included in existing marketing may remain.
Model training and agents
Iliad does not use private or published Aqueduct content to train or fine-tune generative models. Publishing is not consent to training. Any future training program involving user content will require a separate opt-in and will not apply retroactively.
When you use Aqueduct's Agent feature or connect an external agent, MCP client, or other application, it may read or edit your project and process messages, tool results, renders, or exports to carry out your requests. A third party's terms and data practices apply to information it receives.
Your responsibilities
Only submit material and code you have the right to use. Anyone with the URL for an uploaded bitmap can open it, so do not upload bitmaps that must remain confidential.
You may not use Aqueduct to:
- break the law or violate another person's rights;
- introduce malicious code or disrupt Aqueduct;
- scrape Aqueduct without permission or bypass its security or usage limits;
- access another person's account, project, content, or credentials without permission; or
- resell or host Aqueduct itself unless a written agreement allows it.
Plans and payment
Aqueduct may offer paid plans. Prices, usage limits, billing periods, renewal terms, and cancellation options will be shown before you purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. Payments are non-refundable unless we state otherwise or the law requires a refund.
Aqueduct itself
Iliad owns Aqueduct, including its engine, software, built-in nodes, interface, documentation, examples, and brand. These terms let you use Aqueduct for personal or commercial work but do not let you redistribute Aqueduct itself. Separate open-source licenses still control the components they cover.
If you send us product feedback, we may use it without restriction or payment.
Suspension and changes
You may stop using Aqueduct at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for nonpayment, a violation of these terms, or an urgent legal, safety, or security risk. We will normally provide notice when the issue can reasonably be fixed.
We may change Aqueduct or these terms. Changes to Aqueduct may affect existing projects, outputs, compatibility, integrations, or workflows.
Service risks and liability
Aqueduct is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not promise uninterrupted service, preservation of every project state, identical results in every environment, or compatibility with every device or integration.
Where the law allows, Iliad is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits, production time, or data. Iliad's total liability for Aqueduct will not exceed the greater of $100 or the amount you paid for Aqueduct during the previous 12 months. These limits do not apply to liability that cannot legally be limited.
If you use Aqueduct for an organization, that organization will cover third-party claims caused by its unlawful content, unlawful use, or material breach of these terms, except to the extent Iliad caused the claim.
General
A separate written agreement with Iliad controls if it conflicts with these terms. If one part cannot be enforced, the rest remains effective. Mandatory consumer protections still apply. Before filing a formal claim, you and Iliad agree to try in good faith to resolve it directly.
